Fabric Building Co. (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of anyone who contacts us through this website or by email or telephone. This page sets out how we handle the personal information you share with us.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, email address, telephone number, project location and a description of the project. We may also receive information sent to us by email or post.
This website does not currently use analytics tools, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us only to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Prepare estimates, programmes and proposals
- Communicate with you about the project, where you ask us to do so
- Keep limited records of past enquiries for accounting and reference purposes
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep your information
Enquiries that do not progress to a project are kept for up to twenty-four months and then deleted or anonymised. Information relating to instructed projects is kept for the duration required by our insurers and by HMRC.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information you believe is inaccurate
- Delete information we no longer need to hold
- Stop using your information for any specific purpose
